DELIVERIESWe deliver to most large cities and towns every day except Sunday (Mothers Day excepted) and Australian and NZ public holidays. We also are unable to deliver to areas where there are local public holidays or state based holidays.Orders received after the cut-off time (see below) will be sent the next working day. For AM delivery, orders must be received the day prior to delivery. We CANNOT guarantee AM deliveries but will do our best if AM delivery is requested in the special instructions box. Limited deliveries to remote or rural addresses, same day service may not be available. Deliveries to these areas may need to be made to the nearest town and left with the post office or main store. Contact our customer service dept. for details. We will do our best to get your flowers to the recipient's address at the time and day requested but can give NO GUARANTEE about delivery times. We may need to deliver your order either earlier or later than the date requested to fit in with available courier services. In the unlikely event that an order is not received, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can arrange another delivery. Any non delivery must be advised within 7 days. We undertake to deliver your order to the address you have given us. We may not be able to obtain a signature from the recipient. We cannot accept responsibility if you have given us a wrong or incomplete delivery address or if our courier cannot gain access to the address given or if the intended recipient is not at the given address when our courier calls. To minimize delivery problems we may need to contact the recipient. If you DO NOT want us to contact the recipient you must advise us. If we cannot deliver and unless you have advised us otherwise, our couriers will try to leave the flowers in a safe spot or if this is not possible they will try to return the flowers to the florist who made up the order, from where they can be collected. We may have to charge another delivery fee if you require a second delivery. When flowers are being delivered to a business, school, hospital or military base, we are required to follow the institution's delivery policy; in which case deliveries will be made to the designated receiving area such as a reception desk or delivery dock. AustraliaFor same day delivery, orders must be received before 12 noon (AEST) weekdays and before 10:30 AM (AEST) on Saturdays. Orders are usually delivered anytime between 11:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Limited deliveries to remote or rural addresses, same day service may not be available. New ZealandFor same day delivery orders must be received by 11:00 AM (NZ Time) weekdays and by 10:00 AM (NZ Time) on Saturdays. Saturday deliveries are only available to metro areas. InternationalWe will do our best to get international orders to the recipient as quickly as possible. The flowers will usually be delivered next business day. However in some cases and in certain countries this may not be possible. Please allow at least 2 business days to ensure that your order is delivered to the destination city on time. Due to variations in seasonality of flowers we aim to deliver a similar feel of bouquet to the one pictured. We are unable to guarantee the type of flowers or colours. We cannot deliver on public holidays.
